By using SurveyPi, you agree to provide truthful account information, avoid fraudulent or automated behavior, and use creator and marketplace features only for lawful research and insight-sharing purposes.
Your Pi-authenticated account is responsible for actions performed through your session. SurveyPi may suspend access for fraud, abuse, policy violations, or payment misuse.
Creators are responsible for survey content, targeting rules, and funding decisions. Unpublished surveys may be deleted and refunded to the in-app wallet when allowed by platform rules. Published or responded-to surveys may no longer be refundable.
Creators must own or have rights to any files, data, and research they publish. Marketplace purchases grant only the rights described by the listing and do not transfer platform ownership or user identity data.
SurveyPi may modify features, eligibility rules, anti-fraud checks, file requirements, or payout flows to protect users, researchers, and the platform.
